At Everglades Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
